We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy.  In this policy we will explain how we use any personal information that you provide or which is provided to us by a third party.  We aim to be clear and transparent about what we do with it. Where we ask you to provide us with any personal information it will only be used in accordance with applicable laws.  We do not do anything with your information you wouldn’t reasonably expect. How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on Google Drive which is encrypted at rest and when in transit from our computer to Google. For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

 

We also, keep a back up on an external hard drive which is secured in a locked office.

 

We keep your information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes we collect it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. We will then dispose of your information safely and securely as follows:-

  • shred documents and recycle ensuring all evidence is destroyed

  • data on computers and/or the external hard-drive is deleted and both are decommissioned by a third party qualified IT consultant.

Our website may include links to third-party websites and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram.  Please be aware that we do not have any control over third-party websites and therefore would advice you to refer to the privacy policy applicable to that website.
